ZIPPORA
ZIPPORA DE BRAUWER (28-07-77, Ghent) is the lead singer of the band ZIPPORA. Her Hebrew name was inspired by the movie THE 10 COMMANDMENTS. She started her dance education at a young age with Ann-Sophie Deweer in Eeklo and studied at the ART ACADEMY OF MUSIC/DANCE in Ghent, where she performed classical ballet for 20 hours/week. Zippora joined the dance team THE GROOVIES, and caught the attention of owner Patrick De Coninck while singing backstage. This led to Zippora being auditioned at BYTE RECORDS.
