My guitar is connected to my AX3000G foot pedal, which is then plugged into a Scarlet Focusrite 2i4 connected to my computer. I play the backing track through Audacity (free), whilst simultaneously recording the soundtrack of me playing the lead, also with Audacity. I use two old Samsung phones to record the video. Using PowerDirector, I synchronise the soundtrack and the videos. This adds interest using different angles/zoom etc. Keeping the soundtrack original, I add sections of the two videos over the soundtrack.
