35 years ago, I was violently attacked and my knee was shattered into many pieces. In that moment, my dream of being a martial artist looked like an impossibility. I was rushed to the hospital and Doctors told me that I needed to amputate my knee. I wasn't satisfied with that answer, so I started searching for an alternative.
