MariaDB Foundation
MariaDB Foundation is a nonprofit organisation established in October 2012 with the purpose to further and promote the development of MariaDB Server, the worlds fastest-growing Open Source database. We guarantee the free public access to the source code repository of MariaDB Server, hosted on Github. Our developers review and merge patches in collaboration with our contributors. Through events and over the web, the Foundation promotes the adoption of MariaDB Server worldwide, as a generic database, and as a viable alternative to the Oracle database in organisations large and small.
