Bill DiNicola was raised on George Romero and Tom Savini movies. At a young age, Bill was already getting in trouble at school for faking heinous accidents with pencils, ketchup packets, and a firm commitment to selling the effect. As Bill grew up, he was drawn to a broadcast journalism, a career where his quick wit, attention to detail, and expansive imagination would flourish. Bill started at the tiny-but mighty WIZS radio in Henderson NC where he saw how important getting accurate information out to the public could me. He made the jump to TV while attending ECU.
