The primary purpose of this account is to create a widely accessible digital record of obscure tracks, white labels, b-sides, mixes, and other releases that either aren't available online anywhere, or already exist in edited/poor quality formats. The contributors to this site are primarily myself and my friends, who were all DJing in the underground music scene in/around Victoria, BC, Canada, ca. 2000. Our goal is to preserve these gems (and maybe a few clunkers), both for ourselves and our contemporaries, as well as for linking from discogs and other sites to aid music researchers, crate-diggers, and archivists in finding "that track i heard that one time."
