Cologne Male Voice Choir
The Cologne Male Voice Choir (Kölner Männer-Gesang-Verein, KMGV) is one of the most popular and diverse Male Voice Choirs in Germany. About 30 stage appearances each year draw an audience of more than 30.000 people. The wide range of songs is unique: the popular "Divertissementchen" - performed every year at the Cologne Opera House - combines chart songs and pop music with classical music, and the annual concerts at the Cologne Concert Hall (Kölner Philharmonie) receive rave reviews. Founded in 1842, the KMGV is living proof that art and music are timeless.
